Brandon one professional owner. He came to our place and provided us a quote with a break down on what we needed. He said we could have this job completed before the cold weather came in, well they showed up this week to get the Job done. Brandon and his crew showed up bright and early and got right to work. They took the extra care in laying down drop tarps to catch falling debris. The cleanup was above and beyond , even tossed out the old satellite dish for us.If you want professional, and great work completed Brandon and his crew are the ones to contact. Brandon and his crew did a great job replacing the roofing on our house and garage, you can tell they take pride in their work. The initial estimate was detailed and clearly explained, and the quality of the completed work is excellent. Thorough clean-up too, didn't leave a trace and they were respectful of the landscaping around the house. Highly recommended!

We had a leak over our range hood in our kitchen. We called 2 The Top Roofing and Brandon came out and gave us a free estimate. He showed up when he said he was going to, and even looked into another leak we had over our gas fireplace. He took pictures of issues he found over the gas fireplace and the range hood and recommended the appropriate fixes, quoting us a very reasonable price. When he came to do the work today, we asked him to check the other vents on the roof. He found one that had no screen and was open to the elements and replaced it with a proper one. We are so appreciative of his professionalism and accommodating this "small" job into his schedule. I note that he also was extremely safe, using good workplace safety protocols. We highly recommend 2 the Top Roofing. Like other reviewers have said, Brandon goes above and beyond!

Brandon was very honest and reliable. He took pictures and found errors in work that was previously done by another roofing company. He didn't charge any extra for repairing their mistakes. It's great that the person you talk to on the phone is the one who does the repairs. We will definitely use him again in the future.

Spoke to the owner directly who actually knows what he is talking about and doing +++. Very honest business and fairly priced quote +++. Took his time when explaining the process. Work was completed on schedule - he could have finished the work in a day but decided not to rush his team and took that extra half a day to complete. Pictures were sent to me throughout the day and kept me updated on the installation. Brandon runs a good business and will be referred to others.

Brandon and 2 the Top Roofing came highly recommended and did not disappoint. From the quoting process to the final walkthrough Brandon was knowledgeable and professional. As a first-time home buyer, it was great to have a contractor take the time to answer my abundance of questions and I feel confident in the quality of work that was done on my house.

It took a day and a half to completely reshingle our two-story house. We received photos of our roof throughout the process and the crew cleaned up around the house at the end of each day. We got 3 shingle replacement quotes. We were quite impressed when Brandon (owner) came out to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional in discussing the process thoroughly and answering any questions we had. He was able to provide us a detailed quote right away and there was no pressure to make a decision. His pricing was very competitive too.

Our new shingles look great! His crew was also very courteous and professional. Everything was left nice and clean. The high quality of materials and workmanship will allow us to enjoy our new beautiful roof for many years to come. Pictures of the work being done were provided and our old satellite dish was also hauled away. No payment was expected until Brandon knew we were completely satisfied.

I am very happy! From start to finish, excellent job. The work started on the day indicated after the quote. Quote was clear and easy to read. Personable and easy to talk with. Knows his products and was able to give great feedback on what we had envisioned.

Professional presentation and presence. Clean work truck and trailer. Fast working, not wasting time. Thoughtful on using tarps to cover the ground, and a detailed clean up after they were done.
